My Background:

I am an almost-native Arizonan and have been a licensed real estate professional since 1995. Having co-owned and operated a successful mechanical contracting company and a construction company for many years, and prior to that having also been an administrator of a medical practice, manager of a large restaurant, and manager of a retail clothing store, I understand the day-to-day challenges and complex issues business owners must deal with.

Business Brokerage Profession:

My expertise in the main street and middle market industry is extensive and varied, having facilitated many business sales and acquisitions throughout southern Arizona since 1999. I am skilled at contract writing, negotiations, determining price, and business exit planning. My services are designed to compliment those provided by CPA’s, attorneys, bankers and other professionals. As a business broker professional, I manage the valuation process, package and promote the business confidentially, bring qualified prospects to the Seller, negotiate the offer, and write the Purchase Agreement. I hold the Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and Business Broker Specialist (BBS) designations, significant to this industry and beneficial to the client, by having completed many required hours of specific education.

Volunteer & Professional Affiliations:

 I have worked with several service organizations, served as a director for a hospital foundation, and was previously a court certified mediator. I am a former Chairperson, past Board Member and current Member of the Arizona Business Brokers Association-Southern Chapter (AZBBA), current Member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), past Board Member and current Member of Tucson Commercial Real Estate Women (Tucson CREW), and current Member of Tucson Women At the Top (WATT).
