About Me
My Background:
I have been an Arizona resident for over 45 years and a licensed real estate professional since 1995. Having co-owned and operated a mechanical contracting company for 15 years, and prior to that, administrator of a medical practice, manager of a large restaurant, and manager of a retail clothing store, I understand the day-to-day challenges and complex issues business owners must deal with.
Business Brokerage Profession:
My expertise in the main street market is extensive and varied, having facilitated many business sales throughout southern Arizona since 1999. I am skilled at contract writing, negotiations, determining price, and business exit planning. I hold the Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and Business Broker Specialist (BBS) designations, significant to this industry.
Volunteer & Professional Affiliations:
I have worked with several service organizations, served as a director for a hospital foundation, and was previously a court certified mediator. I am the former Chairperson and a past Board Member for the Arizona Business Brokers Association-Southern Chapter, Member of the International Business Brokers Association, Member of Tucson CREW Network (Commercial Real Estate Women), Member of WATT (Women At The Top) and Vice-President for the Tucson Downtown Sertoma Club civic organization.
